Becker’s robustly constructed rotary vane pumps utilize a positive-displacement operating principle. An eccentrically mounted rotor with slots rotates in a cylindrical housing driven by a totally enclosed, fan-cooled motor. The precisely fitted sliding vanes move in the slots, driven to the cylinder wall by centrifugal force. Separate the individual working chambers are created by the separation between the vanes.

Becker has also designed a full line of multi-pump vacuum systems, called the Advantage-W, which are designed to meet your specific router needs. These systems are perfect for spoil board applications and can be operated incrementally to match your production demand. This means that you run only the pump or pumps needed for your specific application. This saves precious energy and reduces operating costs. Advantage-W systems are available in both Duplex and Triplex models in a space-saving vertical arrangement. Each pump in the system includes its own built-in inlet filter and cyclonic relief valve filter and is connected to an integral manifold which includes a central inlet filter for primary filtration.
