The Venture Series are all steel constructed, ensuring clean cuts in your laminated plywood, melamine, MDF, and hardwoods Precision helical rack and pinion drives provide accurate, repeatable, high speed cutting capability superior to that of typical ball screw or straight rack and pinion drives. The Venture Series routers are equipped with digital high speed AC servo motors and an industrial level Osai controller. The automatic tool changer is a 12 HP HSD brand, air cooled, quiet operation, variable speed spindle with an 8 station rotary carousel attached to the x-axis beam. Tool changes are quick and easy and the machine bed is unobstructed from the front and back making it suitable for automatic loading and unloading options. The Venture machines have a permanent, heavy duty phenolic vacuum pod table, making it the most reliable and versatile platform for vacuum hold down. Techno uses Becker vacuum pumps as standard on its 4×8 and 5×10 sizes.

Techno’s New Atlas Series Routers—A Good Sign for Sign Makers

With many repeat customers, Techno continues to bring things up to the next level of performance. Techno provides affordable CNC routers that handle production, require little maintenance, and typically give 15 to 20 years of service.
The Atlas Series uses precision helical rack and pinion drives on the X and Y axes, ball screw on the Z axis, a heavy steel frame and gantry with 7.5” of gantry clearance and 9.5” of Z axis travel. This CNC router is rock solid and proves itself time and again in production level applications. It is rigid, repeatable, and reliable, making it a favorite among sign makers because of the great cut quality in all materials such as plastics (e.g. acrylic and polycarbonate) wood, aluminum, and foam. The Atlas machine comes equipped with a 1” thick phenolic T-slotted vacuum table and 10 horsepower Becker brand rotary vane pump, ensuring that your sheets are held firmly in place and parts that are cut loose remain in place as well.
The preferred size for sign makers is the 5×10, but a 4×8 and 4×4 are also available. The Atlas comes standard for 208-230 volt, 3 phase operation but can also be set up to run on 220 volt, single phase electric, making it perfect for commercial or residential use. It is equipped with an industrial grade 4 hp HSD air cooled spindle, appropriate for cutting hard woods, plastics, and aluminum.
Some options for the Atlas Series include: digital registration camera system for locating registration marks, oscillating knife and tangential knife for cutting materials such as Gatorboard and Coroplast, Braille insertion tool for ADA signage, micro drop coolant for aluminum cutting, specialized router bits, and clamping.

The HD-II Table Top uses precision ball screw drives on all 3 axes, a heavy steel base frame, 1” thick gantry uprights with 7.5” of gantry clearance and 9.5” of Z axis travel. This machine is rock solid and proves itself time and again in production level applications. This is the only CNC machine on the market that comes equipped with a 2” thick, heavy duty, phenolic vacuum table with imbedded aluminum T-slot, allowing for a variety of hold down options. Many other CNC machine manufacturers only offer a temporary, light duty, MDF table as standard
The travel on the HD-II Table Top is 20”x34” and it runs on 220 volt, single phase electric, making it perfect for commercial or home use. It is equipped with an industrial grade 2 hp HSD air cooled spindle, appropriate for cutting hard woods, plastic, or aluminum. This machine is perfect for woodworkers, guitar makers, orthotics, sign shops, and schools.

Cabinet Nested Venture Plus CNC Router by Techno CNC Systems
Ronkonkoma, NY – Techno CNC Systems is proud to introduce its all new powerful and versatile cabinet nested Venture Plus Series CNC router. This machine was specifically designed to meet all of the demands that the cabinet and furniture making industries have to offer.
The Venture Plus is a moving gantry design, which saves valuable floor space. Using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software, the machine frame is designed and analyzed in the computer, assuring the build is capable of handling high speeds with the loads applied to the mechanics. This engineering results in a construction build of all tubular steel that is stress relieved, and precision machined, so that the foundation of the machine remains true over the life of the machine. The Venture Plus rides on precision THK rails and bearings, providing ultra-smooth, high speed, routing results.
The Venture Plus is powered by 850 watt Digital Yaskowa AC servo motors and drives powered by a PC based Osai controller, with an easy to use custom Techno interface. All operations are preprogrammed macros so that the user does not need to be concerned with complex machining knowledge.
The Venture Plus comes standard with a 16HP HSD Automatic tool changer spindle, 8-tool rotary carousel with HSK63F tool holders, 9-spindle drill bank, pneumatically operated dust hoods with CNC controlled gate valves directing debris though a central vacuum manifold, and pneumatic pop-up pins for easy sheet alignment.
