The Atlas includes (2) high frequency spindles, 1st is for all vertical routing and the 2nd is a dual shaft spindle for all the horizontal routing. The machine includes a double layer high flow vacuum pod table for elevating the door so that there are proper clearances. Connected to a Rotary vane vacuum pump for securing the door as it is processed.

The Titan machine includes a 12HP HSD automatic tool changer with 8-position tool rack, and a pneumatically operated dust collection hood that concentrates air flow at the cutter. This provides optimal dust collection performance. The multi-zone vacuum t-slot table on the Titan CNC Router is constructed from very hard phenolic; a very stable material that holds tight tolerances for precision cutting. The Titan CNC machine is connected to a vacuum pump, which offers superior hold down, and has very quiet operation. For easy sheet alignment, (3) material pop-up pins are included and precisely placed to handle and align various size materials. This Atlas model machine is all steel construction providing the rigid foundation required for ultra-smooth routing results. The Atlas machine includes a 4HP HSD collet spindle and includes a dust hood that concentrates air flow at the cutter which provides optimal dust collection performance. The multi-zone high flow vacuum t-slot table is constructed from very hard Phenolic which is a very stable material and holds tight tolerances for precision cutting. The machine drive motors are Nema 34 powerful high speed stepper motors, thus providing the power to route any wood, plastic, foam, or non-ferrous metal. The controller is a stand-alone handheld controller. The buttons on the controller are all pre-programmed to perform certain machine instruction, thus making machine operations easy to learn and use. How long does it take to learn the CAD, CAM, and CNC?

Most customers are operational within a few days of getting their CNC router. The CAD and CAM software has a more significant learning curve than the CNC and can be learned prior to the machine’s arrival. There are many resources and video tutorials for the software programming. Allow for a week or two with the CAD and CAM software. The CNC training is typically a few hours with one of our technicians.
