HOW MUCH DOES A CNC MACHINE COST?

Purchasing a CNC Router can leave some business owners concerned about the financials of such an investment.  Many business owners don’t want to leave themselves short of working capital and are intimidated to work with banks because they feel the process is convoluted and confusing.  At Techno, we’ve partnered with financial agencies to make this process easy and straightforward. In many instances we can have a company approved the same day they complete the application.

Financing a machine, even with an interest rate higher than previous years still makes sense. The economic climate has not slowed, but getting skilled, reliable workers is still very difficult.  Investing in automation will bring business owners the skilled employee they seek without the headaches associated with hiring people.  If we look at a standard Techno 5×10 nesting machine with an automatic tool changer, vacuum hold-down, vacuum pump, software, delivered and installed, the purchase price is roughly $65K.  This seems like a big number, but if we break it down to an hourly payment, we’ll see the savings.  The current average rates are about 6.9% (Dated February 29, 2024).  This equates to $1,287/month or $322/week or $8.04/hr.  We are sure there isn’t an employee in any company making this hourly rate with the skill set or speed a Techno CNC router provides.

Adding automation to your everyday production will decrease cycle time and human error, increase quality, improve material yield, and allow business owner to concentrate on expanding their business and profits.
